Cypress Creek Commerce Park is a multi-tenant commercial development on 22 acres of previously undeveloped Harris County land carrying mixed brush, mature timber, and old-growth stumps.
Stone River was contracted to clear and grub the full tract, remove and dispose of all debris, and establish rough grade so the general contractor could mobilize.
Clearing was completed ahead of schedule with all disposal handled off-site in compliance with county requirements.
The tract ranged from light scrub to dense stands of mature timber. Stone River staged the clearing fleet by zone so mulching, felling, and hauling could run in parallel instead of sequentially.
Rain during the clearing window threatened haul-out cycles. Temporary haul roads and sequenced work fronts kept trucks moving without cutting up the subgrade.
